Crave is currently a feature length screenplay written by T. L. Quach. This a Proof of Concept Trailer that samples the feel of the feature length film.
This original psychological thriller explores desperation, sexuality, and Stockholm Syndrome between two kidnapped girls locked in two separate motel rooms. Casey wakes up in an unknown motel room where Tori, the girl next door, explains the system of how they will get food for sexual services. The handsome kidnapper grows on Casey as he doesn't not seem as much as a threat which causes Tori to be jealous of her attention.
Inspired by Raise the Red Lantern (Zhang Yimou) and Oldboy (Park Chan-Wook), the Crave screenplay won numerous screenwriting competitions such as being a Semi-Finalist for SCRIPTAPALOOZA 2019, a Quarter-Finalist for SCREENCRAFT Film Fund Spring 2019, a Quarter-Finalist for FINAL DRAFT'S BIG BREAK Screenplay Contest, an Official Finalist from both the Beverly Hills Screenplay Competition and the New York Screenplay Competition under the Thriller category.
T. L. Quach hopes to make this into a short film and eventually into a feature film.
